Lead Champion of the Year:
Rewards agencies that have generated the most leads through Property Finder.

Rewards agents who achieved the highest lead volume through listings on Property Finder and demonstrated exeptional service. The nomination criteria focuses on the WhatsApp Response Rate & Time, LPL and Lead Volume.

3-5 minute video, that covers: 1) How do you adopt innovation and leverage technology in your space. 2) How do you ensure a great customer experience (Highlight the percentage of business from referrals, and testimonials from the past 6 months) 3) Key professional achievements and highlight what sets you apart from other agents.

Awarded to the top developer that best match Property Finder’s standards of quality and lead volume. The nomination criteria focuses on Unique Quality Listings, Quality Score, LPL and, Lead Volume.

5 to 7 minute video, that covers: 1) Your introduction 2) What challange(s) did you face and how did you overcome these. 3) As a woman leader, how do make a difference in this industry from a quality angle. 4) What motivates you to be part of the real estate industry. 5) Your message to women who want to exel in the real estate industry.

The Property Finder Qatar Real Estate Awards highlight the pinnacle of real estate success in Qatar and celebrate real estate individuals and companies that have made an impact on the industry within Qatar.
Winners will be announced in an exclusive, invite-only event in November of 2022.

CRITERIA FOR ENTREES
The Property Finder Qatar Real Estate Awards are open to all Property Finder Qatar clients. The selection process is not subjective and nominees are shortlisted using a huge amount of data collated from Property Finder throughout 2022 and 2023.
Winners will be selected largely using data, however, some award categories will also require in-person presentations which will help the judges make their final decision.
Award tiers are based on internal Property Finder data and may vary from one category to the next.
